Sharepoint web services Default pool missing

Hi,

i have 3 tier Server farm. Application server running all application with CA. Web Server on other machine.

I am configuring Managed Meta Data Services, when click on new and select existing application pool it just show meSharePoint Web Services System Pool.  It not showing me SharePoint Web Services Default Pool.  Please tell me whats wrong how to bring this pool or should i used SharePoint Web Services System Pool for all applications.
