We recently added one new server in our sharepoint farm and suddenly started to seeing this error. I already confirmed that the service account running the sp trace has enough privilege to that log path folder.
Among all our SP servers, only half of them are throwing this error once a day. May be it is related to cache config file in those servers where the error is showing up.
This error showed up once I rebooted the new SP server added in the farm. May be its config cache file synchronization issue ? IS there anyone who ran into same issue like this ??
