How is one supposed to submit a bug report to MS when they are 'not accepting' reports for Sharepoint!?
We have an issue with workflows failing to start on a library that forces check out/in. The workflow can be started manually but will not start automatically.
If I remove the 'require documents to be checked out' and change the doc properties, the workflow runs like a charm.
I've seen the odd posting here and there for this exact issue, and thought I read somewhere there was supposed to be a patch released in June 2013.
Does anyone know if this has been fixed? Or if there is any other workaround besides removing the check out requirement?
