Hello SharePoint Fam,
My company has alot of project sites and tons of more coming in the years to come. Once these projects are over, the sites are no longer needed. What is the best solution to take to make sure that these project sites are archived and able to be retrieved if a year later a certain document from a project is needed?? All project sites are pretty much the same, a couple of document libraries and a couple of list list libraries. Would a simple onetime backup of a individual site be okay using a SharePoint backup tool???
