I Have a sharepoint server 2010 with current version '14.0.4762.1000'. I am trying to Install Service Pack 1 which is downloaded from Microsoft site. but when I run the setup file I get error saying'The Installation of this Package failed'. There is no error is events log of the server as well as ULS logs.
Can anyone please give me an idea of what's going on as this is very critical for me now.
