Event Id 8031 every 15 minutes

Hello People,

We are receiving Event ID  8031 every 15 minutes on the server. We've SharePoint 2010 and have a custom solution with OCT CU 2012 installed. We updated our custom solution and pushed it in the existing solution without retracting it (via powershell). Since the day it is done we are receiving error like this.

We've done some research and an all time fix is to run deleteconfiguration ID command. But, we don't want to run this command. So, please blog if you have got another solution.
