Error when run upgrade-spcontentdatabase powershell command

Hi

I runupgrade-spcontentdatabase powershell command. This give me below error:

The list 'list1' at URL '/sites/testsite/Lists/list1' has a schema that is incompatible with future versions of SharePoint.

How I can do to solve this problem?
