After uploading single or multiple documents, the processing dialog does not close

Hello,

Some users are reporting that when sometimes they upload single or multiple documents to SharePoint 2010, the dialog that says "Processing" does not close. The documents do get uploaded correctly and fully, but users have to close the dialog manually. For some users, they think their documents are not being uploaded and SharePoint has failed.

Could this be a problem on the client side? Users have Windows 7 with Office 2010. Or, is this server side problem.

Any suggestoins?
