Ad user not able to access SharePoint 2010

Hello all,

I got a very strange one here for me. 

One of my SharePoint 2010 server i get for one user only an account failed to log on.

The problem is the user is on AD and we have many systems and all of them works fine with the login and password. I checked and triple checked her AD account all is good no problems.

There is about 1000 user using this server and no problems with any of them just this one user. 

Event log gives

This says the account is locked but it is defiantly not.

I cleared SP2010 cache, added the user explicitly. 

Check all SP2010 Logs nothing to indicate any problem.

Any Help would be appreciated.
