Is there a way to maintain users at common place for two sitecollections.

Hi,

Is there a way to maintain users of n site collections from a common place. consider I have sharepoint group called Internal Users in all the site collections. If i add a member to this group in sitecollection 1 then he should get added to the same group in all the site collections.
