Can Powershell link users in different domains instead of Trusts?

Hello Community

I know that the main answer to this question is "Trust Relationship".

However, for now a "Trust Relationship" is not allowed.

Let me give you the scenario:

There are two domains in separate forests (DomainX and DomainY). DomainX
has 3,000 users in it. DomainY is the SharePoint 2010 Farm with no users in it.

I am going to create 3,000 users in DomainY and then I want to synchronize
those 3,000 users in DomainX to the 3,000 users that I create in DomainY.

For example:

If I create a user user in DomainX with the username "DomainX\JDoe" and I will create a
    user in DomainY named "DomainY\JDoe".

The question is without a "Trust Relationship" is there anyway after DomainX\JDoe
logs onto DomainX can he somehow be "linked and/or synchronized" to DomainY\JDoe
username and  access the resources in the DomainY SharePoint 2010 Farm?

Note: I was thinking maybe before or after I created the 3,000 users in the SharePoint 2010 Server farm,
when DomainX\JDoe types in the url to the SharePoint farm a PowerShell script could run that
links DomainX\JDoe username in DomanX to DomainY\JDoe username in DomainY and that way DomainX
        can access the farms resources.

    Thank you
    Shabeaut
