Duplicate profile in Sharepoint

Hi,

I am having issue .

In my sharepoint project i am synchronising user profiles with AD.

But suppose i am currently working in Pune so ->puneodc\298000 and my profile get created with this id

then i migrated to Banglore and profile get created with Bngodc\298000 id.

So in this way two profile for me got created in sharepoint.

But is it possible to convert internaly/automatically  my first profile to other instead of creating two saperate profiles?

How to solve this issue,Please Help.
