Join second WFE to farm (Some farm products and patches were not detected)

I'm trying to Add a second WFE (SP 2010) to a SharePoint farm but I received an error about missing products and patches on both servers the current and the new one I'm about to join, and I tried to align both servers by updating the current WFE to SP1 and apply all the patches and security updates mentioned in the error screen but I still get the error even for the installed updates.

I also tried a solution that I found on this forum and other sources by using "psconfig -cmd installcheck -noinstallcheck" but still no luck

Below is the error message and a screenshot of it, and also the table which shows the missing updates.

Error: Some farm products and patches were not detected on this or other servers.  If products or patches are missing locally, you must quit this program and install the required products and patches on this server before restarting this wizard. If products or patches are missing on other servers, you must install the required products and patches on the specific servers, and you may then click the Refresh button to perform the status check again.

I would really appreciate the help.
