I can't log into my email because I accidentally change my dob today. Now it appears I'm a child and need parental permission to access my accout of 15+ years. I had a tech support try to assist but to no avail. $230 and 5 hours later I still have the same problem but now I have a new log in and no data from my old account. Please help. I'm reluctant to fax info and i.d. to an unknown number via internet suggestion.
