We have SharePoint Server 2010.
One environment has User Profile Sync and My Site set up.
One environment has only My Site set up - no User Profile Sync.
One environment has neither My Site nor User Profile Sync set up.
In all three environments I am unable to edit anything here: My Settings > Edit Item > Edit Personal Settings
Is this a bug in SP 2010 as I'v seen many posts on this but no resolution.
