Site Collection error

Hello,

Site Collection throwing "An unexpected error has occurred" while opening the site collection. Running the SharePoint 2010 Foundation on windows 7 machine. 

I tried to delete and create a new web application and created a site collection under this WA, but still error persist. 

Unable to get adequate information from the error Log generated file. 

So please assist me to fix this issue.
