Increase quota template and document upload size.

Hi,

I set quota template size to 100 MB and created sub sites.

After that, I don't have enough space and increase size to 1000 MB.

But parent size template is only 100 MB and I can't update the site or upload any file.

I got following error:

Your website can't be saved because SharePoint website exceeded the storage quota limit.
