Sub Site Migration From Share Point 2007 to SharePoint 2010

I had 300 sub sites in single  site collection.

I need to Migrate only 250 sub sites among 300 sub sites of a site collection.( Using Attach Database) Upgrade

Is it Possible? If Possible how to do

Any help will be appreciated
