Need to filter disable profiles in AD to prevent them from being imported to SharePoint

Hello

I am using User Profile Synchronization in SharePoint 2010 to sync up users in Active Directory with SharePoint . I see in Active Directory accounts that these are disabled, but still show in SharePoint's site collection list. When I look at this link, these disabled accounts show up in SharePoint.

http://server_name/_layouts/people.aspx?MembershipGroupId=0

When I setup a filter, I don't see how I can exclude these disabled accounts from being imported. I don't see attributes that I can select that will exclude these. Can you help what I need to do to setup the Connection Filters?
