I have done a search of the board and I am unable to find a question the same as this, so here goes.
I am running Sharepoint 2010 with Report Integration. All working nicely. The sharepoint site can be reached internally via the standard companyweb url and from an external URL.
If a user creates a subscription whilst navigating to the site via the external url, they will be unable to then modify or even see the subscription when viewing the subscriptions from the internal url. And
vice versa. The only way to get back to a subscription and to modify it is to log in to sharepoint via the URL you orginally set the subscription up on.
I imagine this could well be because of the way the site authenticates external users, but that's just a wild guess.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
