one of my SHarepoint WFE will not work

I have a problem with one of our web front ends. Both were working  and then they both stopped working. I made changes in the bindings but could only get one WFE to work. It is only giving a correlation id error. When i hit web01, either by server name, IP or browse to it from IIS, i only get a correlation id error. When i check the logs this is what i see.

This error comes up every time. Does anyone know what the navigationhandler.ashx is. It's not a permission issue it seems. It just times out.

Before this error I see a lot of errors in the log like this.

b9y9 High     Failed to read resource file "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\Resources\tsa.en-US.resx" from feature id "(null)".

I have checked the bindings and the AAM over and over and cannot get it to work.

Is there anything else i can check.

It's been 24 hours now. Any help would be appreciated.
