I have a question as follow:
How can I change People Picker to reference or use User Profile value instead of AD?
(such as "Title", "Department", "E-Mail" and "Mobile Number")
Any configuration in Central Admin, UPS Fields Mapping or PowerShell comand can help?
My client AD information is not correct or up-to-date, and refused to correct or update AD.
My client does not allow User Profile Synchronization from AD to SharePoint User Profile.
Please kindly let me know is there another way I can achieve it.
