Create a dev/test environment from live

I need to create a 2010 dev environment from our live environment.

Just wondering exactly what I need to copy across database wise.  I've created a new farm on dev which created SharePoint_Config database and also SharePoint_AdminContentxxxxx (Central Admin DB).

If i want to get live on this server do I just need a copy of the live SharePoint_Config database and also SharePoint_AdminContentxxxxx, then just change the content databases via central admin?  Then obvisouly any web application databases that we have.
