We are looking at doing migration of existing sharepoint 2010 with around 9 web applications and 20-30 sites collections in domain with AD+SQl 2012 + 2 WFE servers to new servers.
How should we go about it ?
Also some of sites have customizations, I havent worked much on customized share-point sites , how can we identify customizations before migrating and will those need manual steps/changes to work on new servers?
