Dear all,
I am heavily confused here.
I have a SP farm with PowerPivot properly configured. Everything related to ExcelServices and PowerPivot works very well except one thing: Data refresh.
Basically I set the data refresh schedule for my file, the PowerPivot Data refresh timer job runs, but nothing happens... absolutely nothing:
-> There is no refresh of the data
-> There is no connection to the data source in order to refresh the powerpivot cube
-> There is no refresh history neither at the workbook level nor at the PowerPivot management dashboard
-> There is absolutely no error that could be seen in the sharepoint logs; or in the audit events logs... or whatever
-> Even SQL Profiler does not show any connections to the source or any attempt to read data from the source DB
I walk through the documentation, everything seem to be configured correctly... I truly have no clue and do not know where/how to investigate further.
Did anybody land on that kind of issues before?
Any ideas of roads of investigations?
