I'm suddenly seeing an issue in the UPS of our Production farm.
Changes in AD are imported into SharePoint and the changes to user properties are being exported to AD as expected but changes to a User Property called 'Job Title' which uses a Term Store picker for it's values get exported to AD but are not then imported back in SharePoint.
There are no errors or any visible issues with the UPSS at all and yet this strange failure has appeared suddenly with the last full sync.
New accounts in AD are propagated to SharePoint and any changes I make to properties that export complete successfully. It's just this one property all of a sudden.
I've removed the two mappings and recreated them one at a time with an incremental sync run each time but the problem is still there.
Any thoughts or similar experiences?
