Error while accessing site permissions

Hi,

  I have a site named sampleA inside that i have created sampleB(Sub-Site).Being an administrator i can able to edit the permissions in sampleA.When i tried to access the sampleB sub site .I got an"Unexpected error".I had done nothing but i have edited few parts in master page.Is there any link between these two(!).Please help me in this issue.
