Getting ‘This Web Part will not display properly on this page.’ in User Profile Service Application

Getting ‘This Web Part will not display properly on this page.’ in User Profile Service Application.

This error occurs while access the links Manage User Properties, Configure Synchronization Connections and My Site Setting in the User Profile Service Application.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

In ULS log getting,
