When I opened the sharepoint 2010 powershell window with right click on it and run as an administrator.
When I run command. It's open with following error.
1st : I applied -version 2 procedure found from net.
2nd : When I try to apply permission on system user on sqlserver .
right mouse on system user . select properties and select SharePoint_Config and then selectSharepoint_Shell_Access
