I have configured incoming email settings for SharePoint document library.
But when I tried to send email to id of document library the mail did not move to the library.
For checking if configuration is correct I manually placed .eml file in Pickup folder of C:\inetpub\mailroot\.The file moved to Drop folder and then to respective library.
What I noticed is that when I try to send email, it does not go to the Pickup folder of SMTP server.
Kindly let me know what could me the problem?
Also is it possible to send email to SMTP server from any id or it has to be in same domain?
