Error in pages list after migration from moss 2007 to sharepoint 2010

Hi all

I have migrated a publishing site collection from moss 2007 to sharepoint 2010
only on the root site , pages list ' each time I checkin or publish a page from the page itself , or try to create a new page in the pages list i get an error , which points to the log file there I find the errors : "Template Discovery/InitScriptData: cannot get user profile, no UserProfileApplicationProxy exists in the current context"

and

"System.ArgumentException: SPListItem illegal value in  - SPListItem does not adequate publishing page.    -  Microsoft.SharePoint.Publishing.PublishingPage.GetPublishingPage(SPListItem sourceListItem)     in -  Microsoft.SharePoint.Publishing.Internal.WebControls.PublishingPageStateControl.RaisePostBackEventForPageRouting(String eventArgument, SPRibbonCommandHandler control, RaisePostBackEventDelegate raisePostBackEven"
