Hi Team,
Actually there is one change in user's email address which System guy did in Active Directory. Now that was done before 2 days & I was thinking that it should be reflected on SharePoint today.
So, I tried to find that user in user Group & surprised that email address was blank. Now, I checked on another site collection (same server & url but different site collection) there also it was the same.
I started inquiry & found that I need to configure Synchronization Connections. I did with the help of System guy & start Synchronization profile timer services & wait till it completed.
Now, Its completed & i start to check the updates & happy that i got the updated email against that user. Now, I go to my actual site collection & found that it is not updated at that site collection even though its on same farm just on different site collection. I checked all site collection services & everything but do not found any clue...
If you have any idea why my one site collection has updated user profile information & other site collection don't. then please guide me.
